Tom began his career in consulting in Melbourne before trading in his suit to run an environmental NGO & eco-tourism business in Nicaragua. As a post-grad, he completed his MBA and joined the School of Climate Change at the University of Oxford, where he also managed the Seed Fund.
Parker's career began by scaling a venture-backed food waste startup out of his college dorm room. He has since worked for ReFED, advising food retailers & manufacturers on resource management and most recently, as a Regenerative AgTech Investment Associate at Soilworks Natural Capital.
