Tom began his career in consulting in Melbourne before trading in his suit to run an environmental NGO & eco-tourism business in Nicaragua. As a post-grad, he completed his MBA and joined the School of Climate Change at the University of Oxford, where he also managed the Seed Fund.
Parker's career began by scaling a venture-backed food waste startup out of his college dorm room. He has since worked for ReFED, advising food retailers & manufacturers on resource management and most recently, as a Regenerative AgTech Investment Associate at Soilworks Natural Capital.
Alex started her career as a commercial lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills before heading up the Business Development and Partnerships function at an Australian AgTech scaleup. She is dedicated to leveraging the firm’s capabilities to support scaleable and regenerative solutions for a better planet.
Kerensa has over 20 years of experience as a CFO in financial services and consulting across funds management, private equity, venture capital and technology companies.
